Techless Guess, autumn 2026.
The mission – predict their finish time for a 5k run on a secret route. Remove all tech (watches, music, phones etc). Complete the mission. Closest guess to the actual finish time wins – so its not a race.
Our first one of these saw 31 people take part, and 6 volunteers to timekeep, marshal, dish out tokens and do maths things.
Top 5 closest guesses came from Tyron Tobler (9 seconds out), Ed Cannons (7 seconds) , Richard Price (5 seconds), Tom Casey (4 seconds), and the winner was Janine Hegarty, just 2 seconds away from her guess!
