This well organised, waved start route goes through the ancient town and out towards Deal, turning for a second lap and finish.

James Wisbey finished 1st overall after a close race throughout.
Abbie Kirkham finished 2nd female and 1st in her age group, as did Jill Cliff in hers.
Junior member Joseph Gibb made his 10k debut (England Athletics set the minimum safe age for 10k as 15), with a new best time.
Also among the best times for Marika Landy, Beth Wild, Anthony Sheehan, John Kirk and Tony Goodwin. Dave Gill finished in his fastest 10k since 2019, showing that the work pays off.
