That’s a wrap! Inter Club Relays 2026, you did not disappoint.
This 2nd year of relays in the new format, with a new round hosted by Deal Tri at Betteshanger Park, saw 12 Clubs battling out every 2 weeks, at different venues, from May to July.
Deal Tri’s full squad numbered 87 runners, pretty much double last years!
We came away with 7 trophies in all, loads of happy memories, so many personal best times, nobody puked or broke anything, excellent cake and a team spirit second to none. We are so lucky to be able to take part and share this with others.
Not bad for a Club where running is only 1 of our sports!
This is one of our competitive events, which doesn’t suit everyone. That’s no problem – we have enough to keep people interested and challenged without competing.
