We invite all members to the Deal Tri Annual General Meeting 2026 which will take place on Monday 16th November at The Downs Sailing Club, Walmer, Deal at 19:00 for prompt 19:30 start.
As is normal, all Committee positions will be vacated by their present member on the night. As you will see the current committee have been put forward to stand again, except the role of Cycle Captain. However, if you’d like to support your club by standing for one of the positions or require further information about them, please contact Gloria Riley by email at chairman@dealtri.co.uk. The AGM’s formal agenda will follow shortly.

We would like to encourage all members to come along. You’ll be able to hear highlights of the members’ achievements this year from the Captains, a summary of how the club’s money has been used for our members and local community, sailing club bar will also be open and there’ll be plenty of time afterwards to catch up with friends.

Agenda items, questions for the committee and/or for committee positions need to be submitted one week prior to the meeting (Monday 9th November) Please note that only agenda items previously submitted we be available for discussion on the night.
