Another great evening was enjoyed by our 21 members and 1 guest last night at a calm and cool Betteshanger Park.
Firstly, well done to Sally Russell who entered into the world of duathlon… A fantastic performance saw her finish the novice distance in 00:51:35 and more importantly she finished it with a big smile!
A big shout out for Bryce Torrance, Annette Nixon, Louise Moore, Chloe Brown, Lewis McLester, Rebecca Simcox and Sam Prior who all beat their round 1 times…
A great performance was seen by our guest Nial Kelly who came 2nd overall in 00:51:10, he also recorded the fastest splits for both runs: 00:10:32 and 00:11:18
Our overall winner for the chaps was new member Bryce Torrance in 00:50:12 and Jill Cliff was the ladies winner in 00:55:09
Thanks, as always to our marshals because without them we could not host the duathlons: Gloria Riley, Tony Ansell, Catherine Chapman-Jones, Dawn Lambourn, David Simcox and Ferne.
