Well, lets see how everything is after another great month of running and just to remind those members who are still yet to join us you have just 4 months left…
- Welcome to our 5 new members who have joined us making it now 214 of you now on the table
- We currently have 96 of you who have run 1 race. Our 2 races ran so far has seen an increase to 50
- However, There has been no movement on those earning points. We still see no change with the distances run so far: Luke McNicholas, Aaron Hill, Jenny Rayment, Bronwen Lafferty, Martin Roby, Anita Pollard and Nicola Carter have joined Lisa Buckler who have all run 6 distances and only needs to do a 5-mile race to complete all 7 distances…
How does the run league work?
- The league consists of 7 race distances: 5k, 5-mile, 10k, 10-mile, half marathon, 20-mile and Marathon
- All times submitted must be official race recorded times only and not virtual races
- To start earning points you must have covered 3 out of the 7 race distances. Points will be based on your best 3 run league table positions
- Just to confirm I will only check results for: local park runs, Sporting Events and Nice Works races. Any other races you do which you wish to add to the league please email Margaret Reidy @ secretary@dealtri.co.uk
- Please can you change your Park Run Profile to show Deal Tri as your club, this will help me to avoid missing you…
- Please note, once the league table is published, that any amendments or additions will be done on the following months table.
