Wellbeing Workshop
We are excited to announce a series of workshops, hosted by Karen Price and Holly Rye.
Combining nutrition, mindset and physical activity, these workshops are suitable for all abilities and disciplines. Held at Northbourne Hall, we will be kicking off with an introductory session on 23 March at 9am, where you will find out more about what will be presented in future workshops, as well as a quiz, Q&A, PT led activity and more.
The dates for all workshops are as follows: 23 March 16 April 10 August 16 November (all starting at 9am)

There is no cost for the introductory session, however, their maybe a small fee topay on the remaining workshops being held.
