A nice flat one as lots of people are doing the Dinosaur 10k on Sunday which is not flat

dry end of Deal Pier

6.50pm meet for 7pm away

3 and 5 mile routes, and a relaxed pace 3 miler on the same route

free

open to members, and non members welcome for up to 3 outings then membership is expected

remember to run responsibly. Check with your health care professional if you feel you need to. Deal Tri will not accept any responsibility for illness or injury resulting from taking part. Bring any medication that you might need such as inhaler, epipen etc.
