Fun Development Gala – March
One Saturday in early March, the club puts on a fun development gala for seniors and juniors for members of Deal Tri. The emphasis is on fun, with no disqualifications, and is aimed at all swimmers irrespective of their level.

East Invicta Masters Gala – April
The East Invicta Masters Gala is an interclub gala for clubs in the East of Kent. There are individual races and relays based on the cumulative age of team members and, despite being a bit more serious than our own gala, is still a fun evening of competing in which Deal Tri more than holds its own against swim only clubs.

Time Trials 400m & 200m – Spring and Autumn
Twice a year during a Tuesday evening swim session, club swimmers are invited to take part in an informal time trial over 400m and / or 200m as a way of measuring performance gains over the previous months of training.
