Our qualified coach, Kevin Brown, provides 2 coached sessions per week.
Wednesday 1900h, 60 minute session – track (speed)
The Wednesday session takes place at the Duke of York School, Dover, and is an all weather activity (road safety permitting!). Bring extra layers, waterproofs and a hot drink for afterwards if it’s particularly cold or wet.
In order to take part you will first of all need to contact Kev in order to register your vehicle for entry to the school.
We meet trackside at 1845 where Kev will carry out the safety briefing and then lead the session.
There is a nominal cost of £3 for members and £4 for non-members, per session. It’s possible to buy a book of 10 tickets and save some money – transfer £25 to the Club account and collect your tickets from Kev, trackside.

Thursday 1900h, 60 minute session
Thursday sessions are seasonal:
April to October – social runs. Start points vary most weeks to allow for some interesting routes, but are always 6.50pm meet for 7.00pm start. Keep an eye on our Facebook or Instagram page for details as we won’t always have the time to update the website.
November to March – hill sessions. Meet at the Granville Road entrance to Marke Wood for a warm up lap, then hills. Each week is a different set so there’s no boredom! Bring warm clothes for afterwards and a drink. These are free.
Non-members are welcome to join in with a couple of social runs and/or hill sessions, but there is an expectation that this will lead to joining the Club if you like the sessions and the company!
