Your run leader will tell you what to do. \nSaturday – meet at Walmer and Deal Seafront parkrun\, sea end of Clarence Road\, Walmer\, 8.45am meet to 9am away. No need to do the whole 5k – just do your session and finish – or carry on for the whole way if you like! \nClothing – please wear trainers – Converse type shoes don’t support your feet or ankles so please don’t wear them. A few light layers in cold weather is a good idea\, and a hat and gloves if it’s really cold.
