Give plenty of room and do not force others off the path.\nRun on the left where possible to avoid getting in each other’s way.\nFollow any instructions given by the marshals.\nRunners coming in to hand over the baton\, slow down before the handover point to avoid running into other runners on the hand over line.\nKeep the hand over area clear\, only stand in the area if you are ready to receive the baton. Runners shall be coming in at pace and need room to slow down.\nOnce a runner has handed over the baton\, please move out of the area swiftly.\nIf you feel unwell or see someone in distress\, report to a marshal.\nNo earphones so you can hear what is around you. Also\, there may be crowded parts on the course\, and earphones may be a distraction.\nBe aware of vehicles at some points. Marshals shall be present to call out vehicles. Run on the right hand side to keep clear of cars and other people. Make sure you do not put yourself or others at risk by running out or jostling for position in front of traffic
