Summer social runs

With longer and lighter evenings, we like to get out for a leg stretch on a Thursday evening every week.

• 6.50pm meet for 7pm away
• 1 hour trip
• 3 and 5 mile routes
• start point varies to allow for different routes
• free
• non members welcome for a couple of social runs, with an expectation that membership application will follow (remember that whilst some of our members are competitive, a lot aren’t – they enjoy the social runs and supporting others)
