Fowlmead Country Park Cycle Race Training tonight, session 2. Session starts at 18:30 sharp. The format will be unchanged from last week, i.e. fast group on one circuit, 2012 Tour de France hopefuls on the the other where they can learn to bunch ride under less pressure.

We are delighted to let everyone know that we have hired Fowlmead Country Park on most alternate Wednesdays throughout the 2010 Summer. The plan is to have a monthly training evening which can be for transition, running, X country, cycling etc. and a monthly Summer Duathlon race.
