Windfarmer Sprint and Olympic Tri's
Mathhew Emmerson put up a fine performance over the sprint distance Windfarmer Triathlon to finish in 9th position with splits of 13:16 swim, 43:49 bike and 26:18 run distances were 700mtr swim, 24km bike and 6km run. Meanwhile Louise Pomeroy Dash (pictured) and newly wed Serge Davis were bombing round the Romney Marshes in the standard distance triathlon (1500 mtr swim, 40km bike aand 10km run). Louise finished in 2:50:24 (29:58 swim, 1:22:26 bike and 54:17 run) and Serge 2:55:57 after being beaten up in the swim (35:35 swim, 1:21:23bike and 52:34 run).
