Winter Duathlon - Round 2 - 13th January

Round 2 of our Winter Duathlon Series will be taking place on Sunday, 13th January

As usual the Duathlon will take place on Fowlmead Country Park traffic free circuit, and starts sharp at 9:30am     Please be on site to sign on in plenty of time and remember that guests will need to complete a day membership form.

The course is a 1.9 mile run, 10.1 mile cycle, 1.9 mile run and solo or relay teams are welcome.  Members pay £1.00, potential members £5.00.

These are low key events, suitable for any standard of participant from novice to expert.  Helmets must be worn on the cycle, and please note that the event is not suitable for mountain bikes.  Please also note that if arriving by car, the parking fee of £2.00 must be paid via the machines.

Once again, I'm happy to start the duathlon in 2 waves  and have the slower duathletes going first.
