The last KFL race of the season (shame) saw another 22 strong Deal Tri team at Rough Common.
Well the sun shone through but the puddles!!! a number lost shoes and the vests may need more than one clean but thats the joy of XC.

Tough course again but really enjoyed the XC today, the mud and puddles were great as was the camaradarie amongst the runners. The cakes at the end were the best though!! :-)

This was my first xc in this series due to a dodgy ankle but oh joy to be racing through the mud & puddles again. Worth it just to see Nikki covered head to foot in fowl smelling mud. What a great turnout. Well done Tim & Clare for making it happen.

Wow! Some amazing times here considering the course! Well done guys. Thanks to everyone for being so encouraging of me doing the races this series, I've really enjoyed them (despite the fact that they're clearly not my forte!)and will be doing them next year for sure.
