20:00 Start in the water, so be on site at Dover Leisure Centre at least 15 minutes before. Charlie coaches a session of 1 hour of quality swim time. Charlie Laws is Deal Tri’s Open Water Guru and former Royal Marine Champion. You can keep up to date with Charlie’s sessions by following his thread in the our Forum.
Please shower before the session, arrive in good time as swimmers cannot be admitted after the session has started. Please be silent when Charlie is talking, even if its not to your lane. Bring drink/nutrition and pull buoy. We are limited to a total of 48 swimmers for the session so please arrive in good time.
Admission by Swim Ticket, current price £3.50 Adult £2.50 Junior, in advance. Add 0.50p for on night purchase. Juniors welcome if able to swim whole session with adults.
