Winter Track Running Sessions
We will be holding a winter speed sessions again at the Canterbury High School Track ( Body and Mind ) in Knights Avenue CT2 from 19.00-20.00. . If you want to keep ticking over those winter months come and have a go . Kev Brown will lay on a speed track session for you , you can do as much or as little as you like, with no pressure .
Showers and bar at hand .
Come and have a go,at least try it . Build that speed up during the winter months . See you there.
The Club have decided to continue to subsidise the cost of hiring the track at Canterbury. However in order to recover some of the cost of the track hire, the Committee has argreed to implement a charge of £ 1.00 per member per session and l would ask that this is paid to me prior to each session. Thanks
