Canterbury Track Session Wed 11th March

Good turn out yet again last week of 19 members .Will be holding a winter speed session at the Canterbury High School in Knights Ave from 19.00-20.00. If you want to keep ticking over those winter months come and have a go . l will lay on a speed track session for you , you can do as much or as little as you like, with no pressure .
Showers and bar at hand .
