COWMAN TREV

Moooooo…….. Super Vet Gibraltar resident Trevor Heath flew into MIlton Keynes yesterday to race the Cowman Half Ironman distance triathlon, 1800 mtrs swim, 90km bike, 21km run. Trev put up a good performance in the heat and finished in 5:39:37 (46:13 swim, 3:03:22 bike, 1:44:18 run).
