Club Duathlon June 3rd Result-UPDATED

A record turn out of members old and new today at Fowlmead Country Park for the first of our Summer Duathlons.  Ashley Holmes proved that a diet of real ale and vegan cuisine work by just missing out on the course record  by posting a 46:52!  Tim Kingston still holds the record set last summer with a 46:00. Andy Girling showed that Super Vets really can be Super by coming second at 48:13. Club Captain Jill Cliff went under 50 minutes with a 49:47 to lead the ladies home.  On top of that we were able to welcome lots of new members and potential members to Deal Tri.

Results are now  HERE or in documents in .pdf format and in Multisports Captain – Fowlmead pages.  I will hopefully upload a couple of photos and links on Thursday. Next outing at Fowlmead will be a 10 mile cycle TT ,to replace our cancelled Bank Holiday one, on Wednesday 17th, again all welcome whatever ability or experience.
